Shipping Rates

We do not charge a handling fee and only charge our customers the shipping rate that third parties charges us.  These shipping rates are weight-based. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound, their policy, not ours.

Holiday and Special Situations

Holidays, weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times.

Rush Order

If you need your Three Piece Tee® Baseball & Softball Balance Trainer right away (and who doesn’t???) and cannot wait for standard delivery, please contact us at 713.481.7315 or email us, and we will be happy to work toward accommodating your needs.

Cancelling or Modifying an Order

We strive to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify orders once it has been processed for shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. More information on returns can be found in our Returns Policy below.

Order Status/Tracking an Order

A shipped confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number in your email or by copying the number and entering it in the appropriate space at

International Orders

International Orders will necessarily incur actual shipping costs. If you are ordering your Three Piece Tee® Baseball & Softball Balance Trainer from outside the United States, please contact us at, and we will try to minimize the additional costs relating to an international shipment.  

Bulk Orders

In some cases, we can give discounts on orders of multiple Three Piece Tee® Baseball & Softball Balance Trainers.  To request a price quote, please email us at, and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Return Policy

No unauthorized returns will be accepted.  You’re not going to want to return your Three Piece Tee Baseball & Softball Balance Trainer anyway, so there’s no need to read further.  But we’ve been instructed that we must have some method for those fictional customer that are not satisfied with our products.  These fictional customers should contact us at, or call us at 713.481.7315 for more information on what steps to take.
